White House pushes back on reports of HHS Secretary Azar's possible removal

As per the latest reports, the administration under President Donald Trump is now pushing back following multiple reports that indicated that the removal of Alex Azar, the current Secretary for Health & Human Services, is pending removal from his position.

Not just that, this proof comes from a recent Politico article that cited 4 different sources that were familiar with this situation. It mentioned that this potential development came after Rick Bright, the BARDA Director was transferred controversially to the NIH (National Institutes of Health).

According to the reports from Wall Street, it was acknowledged by the officials that this change was surely discussed. However, the administration was hesitant to bring in any changes amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

This speculation was shot down by the Trump administration representative who spoke to the popular new channel, Fox News. As of now, the house has also spoken against this reporting. In the statement made to Politico by Judd Deere, the Deputy Secretary for Press, he mentioned that any speculations related to the personnel are mere irresponsibility & an imperative distraction from the government’s response to the current pandemic situation in the United States of America.
